- FekraLabs never uploads, copies, or accesses confidential financial records of store owners.
- Users are responsible for taking periodic backups using the built-in backup utility.
Technical Support & Operational Warranty
- FekraLabs provides phone and WhatsApp support for operational questions and setup.
- Warranty covers remediation of confirmed software defects without additional charge.
Operating Disclaimer
- The merchant is responsible for hardware integrity, operating system stability, and keeping off-site backup copies on USB storage.
